form. labs.
The operational products form. is building. Each one takes a problem that shows up again and again inside how organizations run and turns it into something repeatable, instead of rebuilding it by hand every time.
three products.

SOPs, ownership and workflow. The systems that keep an organization moving when the person who knows how isn’t in the room.
people by form.
Search, placement and assimilation. Finding the right person is half the job; making them effective is the half that gets skipped.
ledger by form.
Budgeting and reporting built for organizations that answer to a board, a session or a congregation about how money was actually used.
why these exist.
Some problems are specific to one organization. Others are the same problem wearing different clothes — the operation nobody wrote down, the hire who never became effective, the budget nobody can explain to a board. Those are worth building for once, properly.
So labs takes it out of the engagement and turns it into a product with an opinion. The engagement work is available today either way — the product is what makes it faster, cheaper and more consistent over time.
tell us what you keep rebuilding.
If it’s one of the three above, start there. If it isn’t, say so anyway — knowing what we don’t have a product for is useful to us.
