Dontae's career started in music and live production — a discipline where the deadline is a room full of people at a fixed hour, and there is no version of "we'll ship it next sprint." That constraint shaped everything after it.
Over the years that grew into running large creative and operational teams: budgets, staffing, weekly execution at scale, and the unglamorous work of making sure the thing that was promised actually arrived. The systems came out of necessity, not theory — built to survive real volume, real turnover, and real Sundays.

Dontae works backward from the outcome — seeing the finished system, then tracing what has to be true for it to hold. It's why form.'s work tends to start with the mechanism rather than the symptom, and why the first conversation usually reframes the problem you came in with.
